Worst customer service I have ever seen for this excellent chain. When I asked for a bag for my to go sandwich, the employee directed me to where the to go bags were so that I could do it myself.
Too bad this location has no customer appreciation! Not participating in the $1 sub promotion is really a bad idea - especially since there are 3 other restaurants in the same plaza and Wendy's right there as well. Watched 7 people turned away and the store was empty......
