It's always a wait in drive through I waited 10 min because the other lane was using codes and coupons and maybe the cashier couldn't or didn't know how to just switch over ro my lane . Then with one car parked and the problem car In front of me. The 2nd window then trying to run orders outside only to get food no napkins n a broken straw

My experience with this this McDonald's was pleasant. At first they forgot my fish filet sandwich but when I went inside the lady working inside immediately asked me what I needed. I told her I needed my fish filet and she again immediately told them to get me my sandwich. Needles to day I was very pleased with the customer service here at this McDonald's.

If I could give the service here a zero I would. I asked for something simple after they gave me a watery frappe. Simply remake it please. The young lady at the window slammed the window, rolled her eyes. Huffed and puffed as if I had done something to her . I’m tired of mistreatment. Why did it take all of that to make a proper frappe. I’m thoroughly disgusted at her behavior . I want to emphasize that this happened just now during this shift and it was the girl at the second window . She was so nasty and rude.
