Bought grill direct from Zgrill on Sept 29. Deliverly was quick. As of today 11/13 it remains a piece of junk. I have not been able to cook a thing. They sent out a new circuit board. Didn't work. Now they are sending a new temp sensor. Customer no-service is a laugh. Do not buy this grill.UpdateFinally they sent me a new hopper and firepot. It works at least in the initial startup. I will test it with meat very soon

DO NOT BUY ONE!!!!!!Their customer service is a big joke!I’ve had my grill less than a year and it stopped working. For three weeks now I have left 17 messages with their customer service for callback.NO RESPONSE.Today I will go out and buy a Pit-Boss.
