My grille is junk! Cooked on it three times. Bought a mystery box. Temperature doesn’t stay. Made in China. Pure junk. Already turning colors from the heat. Junk….
Not a good grill, even worse customer service. I sent them emails and called many times and no response. I finally found them on Facebook and messaged them and they did respond but it took a long time. They seem to have an address for bringing products into the US but the company is based in china according to the message I got back. There seems to be no US based customer service. Bought grill direct from Zgrill on Sept 29. Deliverly was quick. As of today 11/13 it remains a piece of junk. I have not been able to cook a thing. They sent out a new circuit board. Didn't work. Now they are sending a new temp sensor. Customer no-service is a laugh. Do not buy this grill.UpdateFinally they sent me a new hopper and firepot. It works at least in the initial startup. I will test it with meat very soon
