Come here a lot and have never had a bad experience. For the large amount of people always in the drive through, they keep them moving and the staff there is always so kind! I don’t know their names but there are some key people that I have seen for a long time and it an order has ever been wrong for me (very rare), they don’t hesitate to fix it.
If you do mobile orders, go through the drive thru. Do not walk in, you'll stand there without being acknowledged and your order will sit on the counter without them saying a word to you. It's been the third time for me. And the manager doesn't say anything to you.

Dunkin' is a welcoming and clean restaurant with a great vibe and comfortable atmosphere. The staff is courteous, attentive, friendly, and kind, knowing their products well. The ladies working in the restaurant are super nice and treat customers great. Orders are fulfilled quickly, and food is delicious, including the donuts and coffee that taste good and are freshly made. The menu offers a variety of options, including the empinada and milk, as well as specialty drinks like the perfect cappuccino. The coffee is prepared to individual preferences, such as the Charlie Cold Foam, which is made to order with attention to detail. Overall, Dunkin' provides excellent customer service, making it a highly recommended stop for travelers and locals alike. However, there have been occasional issues, as one customer noted a mix-up with their order, but the staff member at the window handled it professionally, ensuring the order was correct.
