My wife, daughter and I were not happy with the attitudes of the employees that were working Nov 9th at 12:00pm...we come in and wanted to place our orders, but the employee acted bitter and said, "You have to use the kiosk." I'm sorry, but I am not used to updated technology, but if you can't be kind enough to either take my order or better yet, come show me how to use the kiosk, it might make the visit less stressful. I've eaten at this taco bell almost every week for a year now and it's always been amazing up until the last two weeks I've went in. There are new staff members and they don't make sure that the food is heated throughout. The cheese wasn't melted on the quesadilla we were missing tomatoes and sour cream on a few items and instead of the extra rice and chicken I paid for we got even less than an actual serving. I don't know what needs to be done but ummm yeah.
