“Standard Panda with fast customer service. The main complain I have is that the portions are drastically different per each employee. There is clearly no standard laid out for them on portions. Some employees I would only need to order a bowl others I might need to order a bigger plate option.“

It will make shrimp more tender'. I understand but my point was some shrimps literally felt like it came out from cold fridge... other than that, its all good.“

Teriyaki chicken is not grilled it is fried battered, but still really good; was not as spicy as I anticipated ?
Orange chicken was quickly devoured.
You get plenty of sauce in any meal you get. Shoot fir the large, there is plenty to share!
The donuts are such a treat, warm , soft and sweet✨️

Staff is absolutely wonderful, patient and very helpful in answering questions. There is a bonus of spending $20 get an extra drink, eggroll, OR a soringroll??
The environment is peaceful and comfortable and there is a whole shelf of goodies to buy.“

“I came here with a few friends and from my experience of buffets this place was great. This was back in 2019 and I thought i re edited my review but guess I didn't. The food was great the service was great. I did notic if you order out its gonna cost more then to eat there. The only thing I had a complaint about was the drinks for soda they charge alot so personally only get 1 if u can if not 2 would be best because I think it was 6$ for 2 cups when I would just bring my own soda and just pay 1$ for a cup of ice let's be real. But besides that I wish they would have a online price for the dine in all you can eat like have the price of what a cup of soda would be and how much a person is because when me and 3 other people went we all had 2 cups so 4 people and 8cups and it came to like 60 where all of us hada put 15$/20 each and for that price i could of went to a b.k and got 2 fat burgers frys and a 2cokes for 15 but then again its Chinese food how could u go wrong and plus I had me like 5plates lol not including the desert plate“

“I give it 4 stars simply because of the customer service, she was a bit timid and seemed as if we were rushed. Overall tho everyone was satisfied with there food and it actually was pretty tasty orders were correct and fresh. I would recommend to try if your in the area looking for a nice bite“

“Once again, I had passed Hartz many times in Phenix City. Finally I had spare time to seat down and eat, rather than pick up and go. Great value for money. The buffet had a very generous selection. Everything was hot, fresh and very tasty. Enjoyed it immensely and will definitely return.“

I believe the health rating was a 94. The food is really good! I rate Chinese food based on what it tastes like after being warmed up the next day & the crab Rangoon.
