“I only gave a three star service rating because of the employee that started my bowl. She had a stoic facial expression and it seemed to me that she was annoyed to be at work. On the other hand the second employee that finished my bowl and rang me up was very attentive, outgoing and friendly, because of her I gave three stars instead on one.“

I’ve been here for years and they never miss: I’ve had the same food from off-base Taco Bells 10 minutes away and it’s a sad ripoff of the food here. I have no idea how they’re doing it but this is Taco Bell at its absolute peak and I’d recommend it to anyone“

“We have loved this place for years. The food is authentic and tasty. Staff is friendly.

Today we had a problem with the bill that wasn’t resolved. The prices for the food were more than what is on the menu. Specifically the lunch fajitas. Menu indicates they are $8.95 and on our bill they were each $9.30.

Not a terrible thing but the wait staff indicated this is known but they can’t fix it. Not sure if the owner will get that message so leaving this here. Maybe they check their reviews?

Anyway we will go back- the food is good. But I’ll ask them to adjust my bill if it happens again.“

Excellent customer service, he clearly likes his job and is great with people. This guy was above and beyond what you usually get when going to chipotle or any other equivalent dining establishment. This matters and does make a difference because I will not go somewhere due to staff however I’ll be back here just because of my initial interaction. “Diablos is the best version of going to moes or chipotle. The staff working lunch on 12/1 were actually so on it - the place was spotless, floors tables and bathroom very clean. All the food was good, seasoned well, and some of it was actually spicy. We will absolutely come back every time we drive through augusta. the guys even asked if we enjoyed everything after we ate lol, im not sure thats ever happened to me at a fast casual restaurant. ive definitely gotten much worse service at real dining establishments before“

“My kids absolutely love this place. The fact you get to make your own bowl is awesome. No fishing out ingredients you really don't want or avoiding dishes all together due to food allergies. It's a bit loud in here when crowded but the food makes up for the noise. The staff is always kind and helpful!!“

“I met one young man by the name of Dweese. And to he honest the whole crew. They completely changed my mind about this place. He was as nice as could be. Started a conversation all while taking orders and bagging food. Here os the best part. He asked me to double check the bag to make sure it is all there. I did. Missing one item and I told him. He communicated with the guys in the back and no animosity. Just happy as can be. I usually drive off and not check. He saved me from my wife on that missing burrito. I have had nothing but issues before with this store. But that crew tonight definitely changed my mind.“
