“*Original review: Is this place even still open? No hours of operation posted online or on the door. I walked in looking like a lost puppy seeing no one or any food behind the counter. At the bare minimum, post your hours! That’s just poor business.

Updated on 17 May- to the Ryan calling other people out, move on. Some of us have only been on post for a few weeks and ain’t seen everything you’ve seen. I neither saw any signs about qdoba’s opening nor had I heard anything about it. I was craving some nachos and google searched potential local ones. It wasn’t until someone in my section started distributing flyers for their opening earlier this week that I found out. I stand by what I said about hours being posted online, it’s good business to have that available to folks that come across on the internet. For that minus one star.

The food was great. I’ve enjoyed the diablo queso ever since I first worked at qdoba 10 years ago. The diablo here has an excellent kick to it and was great with my nachos. They were out of pico when I got there but no big deal. The staff seem to have a solid working relationship with one another and their banter is funny. I went after work today and thankfully missed out on the line out the door from lunch rush.“

“This place honestly boggles the mind. By far the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, every time. I’m talking fresh, tasty, accurate, and surprisingly fast for how many people they have to deal with on base.

I’ve been here for years and they never miss: I’ve had the same food from off-base Taco Bells 10 minutes away and it’s a sad ripoff of the food here. I have no idea how they’re doing it but this is Taco Bell at its absolute peak and I’d recommend it to anyone“

“We had a very bad experience there. I'm from Texas so I know delicious Mexican food and this is not it! The food wasn't very good compared to other restaurants in the area. Management was awful. When we got our check it was more than it should have been but then when we were ready to pay and they forgot to add something and it was even more! We were excited to try a new place but will never go back. A restaurant experience shouldn't be that stressful. Any other restaurant would have made it more pleasant. Highly disappointed.“

“This Chipotle is hit or miss IMO. I went last week and the food was great. I went today and they were out of my 2 favorite items from Chipotle. The vinaigrette (the blender broke/ why not have a backup) and almost completely out of fajita vegetables. I actually went down the road to Diablos to buy sauce. We ordered chips and I didn't know what to dip them in since they were out of vinaigrette and didn't have a mild salsa.“

“The food was delicious!! Our family of 7 stopped in after a graduation from Augusta U. This place was my nieces favorite after her 4 years of being in AU. We love a good Mexican restaurant and this one did not disappoint. To start, the cheese dip is delicious and the salsa comes in hot and mild. For the main dish, the meat for the enchiladas (especially the beef) and the taco meat were so good.
Even the birria pizza was amazing. Of course I tasted a little bit of everything 😂. The only thing I wasn't the greatest fan of was the texas margarita. I didn't like the sour mix used. Other than this it was a great meal.

“I have been to this location both by use of drive thru and walk in, though today was actually different.

I walked in yesterday and was pleasantly greeted by Ms. Nigeria, who made my order. She was courteous and professional while making my order exactly as I asked for it to be made. Mr. Jasir then took over to finish my food. He himself was a polite, courteous and professional.

These two young individuals were refreshing, positive, and warm to interact with.“

I called a gentleman (named John) whom I could’ve sworn was the manager over to my table to thank him for being very professional and polite to my wife and daughters. He informed me that he wasn’t the manager, was regular staff and was just happy to be doing his job. Shortly after, a different employee who was cleaning tables stopped by ours to see if there was anything she could get us. Definitely not the norm for any ‘fast food’ restaurant. “Diablos is the best version of going to moes or chipotle. The staff working lunch on 12/1 were actually so on it - the place was spotless, floors tables and bathroom very clean. All the food was good, seasoned well, and some of it was actually spicy. We will absolutely come back every time we drive through augusta. the guys even asked if we enjoyed everything after we ate lol, im not sure thats ever happened to me at a fast casual restaurant. ive definitely gotten much worse service at real dining establishments before“

“Stopped by here while visiting Augusta and was not disappointed at all. At first I wasn't even sure if the business was open but I pulled around to the speaker and was greated by someone that was extremely friendly, not pushy, and thoroughly listened. When I got to the window the same lady (receipt says Jessica K.) continued to give friendly service. Not only was the service great, the food came out very fast and to my surprise it was THE BEST taco bell I've had in my life. I'm not from GA and travel a lot stopping at Taco Bell for a quick bite from time to time. This was by far the best experience I've ever had from a taco bell!“
