“Yes, it's really the best place in town! Great customer service, food, beverages, and environment. Not only is the place super cute for photos. The employees make it very welcoming and easy to order. Specifically, Esme was the sweetest to greet us with a nice smile ready to take our order. She was very attentive, making sure we had everything we need. She recommended the aztec & carintas taco which were seasoned & cooked to perfection. Would highly recommend checking the place out!“

“Nothing extraordinary. First time eating here. The food was ok. Basically, it's the same setup as a Subway or Jersey Mike's for Mexican food. The server was impatient to answer questions even though there was no line. Guacamole tasted fresh. Containers were too small for a taco salad, so when I got home, there was a large amount stuck to lid that I had to scrape off.“

“I have been here for 15 days trying different restaurants every day, this is probably most flavorless meal I had on this trip. Had the fajita, grill chicken and shrimp. No flavor at all. Not even the rice and refried beans had flavor. The karaoke is the best thing happening in this place. Please bring some authentic Mexican flavor to the meals.“

“I was first skeptical at my spouse‘s suggestion, but this isn’t too shabby for a chain without a big veg emphasis. With the build your own bar you can put a tasty and filling burrito/bowl/tacos etc. together. Their tofu is pretty nice and well made! As is the guacamole. The only thing I stay away from is the rice because I saw a few meat chunks in there when the server stirred it at our first visit. It probably slid in from the neighboring bowl, but yeah. Staff are usually nice and it’s a really affordable option. They totally overdo it with the amount of chips they give with the meals, but I think that’s kinda their brand :)“

“If you are in the mood for home cooking, visit Big Mama's. They have a HUGE selection of southern entrees and more importantly, home cooked vegetables everyday (they are closed on Mondays). I have yet to be disappointed when coming in for a to go order. I tried the delivery using DoorDash but it was a disaster so I wouldn't recommend delivery options. When you order to go, you may have to wait about 15 minutes or so, but it is definitely worth the wait to have your food hot and fresh! Definitely a "Sunday's BEST", but also a great go-to when your body craves a home cooked meal!“

“The service is great and the food is always delicious. I would avoid Saturday though, it's karaoke night, or at least go early enough to avoid it unless you like a good laugh.

“Super delicious! We try to visit every time we are in the Augusta area! It's like a Moe's, Freebirds, or Chipotle type of resturaunt. Very similar set up and types of food. They have chargers you can use if you're on the road, and running low on cell battery. This particular locations is very clean.“

“My daughter and I came to dine in. We used their kiosk to order our meals for the first time. My 13 year-old daughter made a mistake on her order and ordered no beef, when she wanted beef. I explained our mistake to Rafael, and asked if he could put some beef in the existing chalupa. He was very nice and said he would just give us a new one. He was very friendly and fixed our order, even though it was our fault. On the other hand, another employee (maybe the manager) complained and said that it would mess up her inventory. Very unprofessional of her, but I apologized anyway. I doubt that a small pinch of meat would throw off her inventory that much. Thank you, Rafael, for being so friendly, helpful, and professional!!!“
