Stopped by and ordered a little cheeseburger. Burger was cooked to order and staff was friendly. Establishment was clean for the most part. Burger was good nothing special or about of the ordinary of your typical burger.
I ordered cheeseburger, fries, and chocolate shake for lunch and paid $23.08. The burger and fries were great but the shake wasn't worth the $5.69 It was cool but not cold and obviously some kind of machine produced mix rather than a handcrafted ice cream shake. It's so gross that it was still thick even though it was warm by the time I got home. I threw it away.

Have gone here many times with few issues and super courteous and generous staff when issues arose. Today I ordered for take out for Father’s Day dinner. Order was made incorrectly, but not discovered until I was home. Wrong size patties and mixed up toppings. Drove back to store and they did offer to remake the burgers. Waited 10 minutes for remake. Drove back home. At this point fries were cold and turns out most of them were overcooked. Being that they charge premium prices, I was expecting better service or compensation for the hassle (fresh order of fries, drink while I waited, coupon, etc), but none was offered. Very wary to go back as unfortunately it seems something has changed at this store. :/

i’m not sure what’s changed, i think it’s the new workers, but they hardly fill the fries anymore, if i pay 7 dollars for a large fry, i expect it to be a little more than just a cup full.

We went kinda late. It was close to closing time. We were so happy with the service and food quality. When you're craving a good yummy burger but don't want to go sit in an expensive restaurant, this is the place to go
Kid-friendliness: I had my kids with me and the atmosphere was great and they answered and listened to my 9yr old order
All I can say is besides adding milkshakes, its the same today as it was 2 years ago. You know what you're going there for you get what you're going there for and you pay for what you get.
