I love Freddy’s. It is our go to. ALWAYS. I absolutely love the food and so does my family. So much

Went to our local new location on Washington rd in Augusta ga. The food was extremely salty, and the workers seemed bothered. The floor was so slippery. My husband almost fell. And than while walking out the door the floor was so slippery my son stepped on the rug, it moved and he fell out the door, skinned up his knees and hurt his arm. The workers just looked and went back to talking. No one asked if he was okay. And to mention today was his 13th birthday. We will never step foot in this place again. Stop using the same mop to mop the back and front. The floors are covered in grease and slippery. Ruined my son’s birthday. And teach your employees to check on people when they get hurt. 😞

Freddy’s ( Sioux City, Iowa )…first time we have been here. The restaurant was very clean, the staff was friendly and fast. I was nervous going in because the drive thru was so long, but they were still fast at serving us….and the food was AMAZING! We will definitely be back!

Went to Freddys today in Victorville Ca. The cashier named Brandi at the Drive Thru was so nice and upbeat. She was just super friendly. We went on to do the survey but it never asked about our cashier. We ordered the chocolate shake and my daughter ordered a lemon cream. The shakes are just delicious.

Freddy's is amazing. The food staff and atmosphere are top notch in this sector of fastish food!!

Purely amazing. Also, funny name because of the game Five Nights at Freddy's .

This is a good place for anyone looking for a good value and good food. The frozen custard just makes the experience better. Great place.

Received email for 3 dollar mini custard, went and order it, it was not discounted. The manager said it had to be ordered in the app. The large print in the advertising said nothing about that. Only when you read the extra small print does it say online order. Very misleading, yes it was only about a buck fifty in savings but it’s the principle of it. I know my two or three visits a month is going to hurt Freddy’s, but I’ll not be back. Do better Freddy’s, us seniors can’t read that fine print. P.s. this is my first ever bad review of any company, just fed up with gimmicks and tricks.

Plaza Way in Lexington, NC sucks.... needless to say we go thru the drive thru, i order a kids Chz Brg add mayo chili chz tots & Dp, tom & lett, son gets a ONLY chili chz dog MEAL chili chz tots &DP.... Hubby gets a Dbl Chz meal w/ff DP too.... i get home come in and get their food out, find a bed bug or baby spider something frikkin crawling in my kids chili chz box, im already wigged tf out n sick now, and my picky a** son has onion all over his hotdog now, i took pics to add them but ewww wtf FREDDYS????? We "use" to love them, but hell nah now....

Have always liked Freddy's but went to the one on black Bob in Olathe Ks. and took 25 min to get food and the sandwich in the kids meal was cold( room temp). My wife ordered every thing but cheese and onions only. I will never return to that location again.

The Alexandria LA location is always out of numerous drinks, and sauces, the ac never works properly and many employees are rude!!!

the service is ridiculous rude and undertrained 20s and younger, hateful and uneducated and will laugh at you for asking a serious question. This is the 39th st location. I have never been to an establishment with worse customer service. Foods not worth the ridiculous service. Once and done.

Didn’t receive my burger how I had ordered, lots of “burnt” pieces around my burger, inside the establishment was filthy. Sat and the “cleanest” booth, garbage was over flowing, staff members just walking around and pacing. Good thing there are a lot more places to eat in Sioux Falls, SD. Will be a long time before I want to go back. I would rate my experience 3/10

Gave me French Fries instead of Onion Rings, asked for half vanilla and half chocolate on two large sundaes - got vanilla only on both. Hamburger showed as a lettuce WRAPPED burger not patties on a pile of shredded lettuce and NO package of sauce. Of course it was a pick up; so, didn't figure out it was all screwed up until I got home and there is no number to call to complain or get fixed. Worst $46 hamburger meal I have ever had.
