Every time we stop to get the "Hot and Ready" pizza they never have any ready. I feel it's absurd to have to call in an order for a pizza that is advertised as "Hot and Ready"!Wheelchair accessibility: This place is accessible only to the point they must be legally. It is difficult to maneuver the parking lot and there is little room inside for a wheelchair bound person to be when there are also other patrons in the store.
Server was rude. I asked for sausage instead of pepperoni on a pizza and they said that it would be 12 something instead of the 6.99. I asked for plates and napkins and got 3 napkins and no plates, they aren't available anymore. The prices are ridiculous if you don't get the Hot and Ready. If you want something custom, you have to pay almost triple. I won't go back to them.

We placed an online order, came to pick it up, and all was well until we started to eat our pepperoni cheese bread-it was literally raw in the center and i will not be eating here again anytime soon. the pizza is fine but i’m so disappointed.
