I was recently rear ended in the drive through. I pulled up to the speaker and the truck behind me hit my car. The barista(and everyone else inside I’m sure) heard me scream and asked what had happened and I explained quickly as well as gave her my order as I was pulling out of line to check damages with the guy behind me. Not only did they come out and check on us, they gave me my order on the house even though I tried to pay for it. Just felt like they went above and beyond to make sure we were all fine and well caffeinated. Thanks guys! ????

The brown sugar oat milk iced latte has been my
go to drink for awhile, but the past few times I've ordered it from this location in the morning, it has not been good and not tasted like it normally does. I'm not really sure what's off with the drink. It's not a really sweet drink anyways, which is what I like, but it's been more bitter and missing what little sweetness it normally has. The staff is friendly, but my drink has been lacking.
It’s annoying when the Starbucks worker who takes your order encourages you to NOT buy anything because “we are really backed up.” He told 3 people by the time we waited for our drinks (15 minutes or so) that they were “about 10 orders behind.” No “Thank you” no “welcome to Starbucks.” Just, “It’s gonna be about 15 minutes on drinks.” Well, it’s always at least 15 minutes on drinks at this Starbucks. Sadly, it will probably closed in a year because no one wants to buy from a company that doesn’t appreciate them and at least pretend that they’re happy to see them.
