Ordered the same drinks for my daughter and myself. Price was the same. Drink wasn’t correct size. They didn’t care. Playing around. I reorder my drink. Same drink came out wrong made by the same guy. Daughter drink came out missing everything I ordered and paid extra for. $31 for crap several and incorrect coffee.
The brown sugar oat milk iced latte has been my
go to drink for awhile, but the past few times I've ordered it from this location in the morning, it has not been good and not tasted like it normally does. I'm not really sure what's off with the drink. It's not a really sweet drink anyways, which is what I like, but it's been more bitter and missing what little sweetness it normally has. The staff is friendly, but my drink has been lacking.

Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has both positive and negative aspects. The staff is often described as kind, friendly, sweet, and excited to serve, with great customer service. The drive-thru is fast and on top of it, and the location has addressed previous efficiency issues. However, some problems exist. One order of a Caramel Frappuccino had no caramel in it, and a coffee was left out. The cold brew usually does not taste right, possibly being old or not following a standard recipe, and is better at other locations. A different location had a small mistake but got it squared away quickly. While some drinks are tasty, like a grande soy chai with one pump of peppermint and an impossible sausage sandwich, the cold brew is a consistent issue. The restaurant honored a free coffee even when the app was not working. Overall, the service is friendly, but the quality of specific drinks, especially the cold brew, needs fixing.
