Terrible service in the drive thru tonight. Sat at the speaker for approximately 10 minutes with no one speaking. I tried getting someone’s attention with no answer. I pulled up to the window and was told they weren’t able to take orders because they were waiting on egg rolls. I was also told they’re not allowed to accept orders at the window and I would either have to drive back through or come inside. We haven't had a correct order from this location out of our last 4 orders.
The “manager” is extremely rude and does not need to be working with the public!!! She spilled a drink all over me and the car and didn’t say a word, just slammed the window in my face. And on the phone she laughed and cussed. Will never go back and will tell everyone I know to stay away too!!! She needs some training from chik fil a on customer service and then she needs some home training on how to speak to people!!
