I was hoping after the remodel maybe it would be better. Sadly I was wrong. The employees were sweet and friendly but the inside of the place is atrocious now. But that’s not the reason for reviewing. The wings and chicken is always ice cold. Never even slightly, hopefully lukewarm. I guess salads is all they should now because it looks like a chicken salad chick now and the same ridiculous prices, almost 17$ for a wings and thing that used to be 8.99$.
Terrible service in the drive thru tonight. Sat at the speaker for approximately 10 minutes with no one speaking. I tried getting someone’s attention with no answer. I pulled up to the window and was told they weren’t able to take orders because they were waiting on egg rolls. I was also told they’re not allowed to accept orders at the window and I would either have to drive back through or come inside.
