“Updating my rating for the Fort Valley Subway. I think they are really trying to get better. Not sure what is going on there with the revolving door of employees. I have had a good experience the last few times I have gone. Decent customer service and nice people. Sometimes they don't have some of the toppings but I think this is happening everywhere.“

“I went to this location recently and I was greeted by Jennifer who was alone working the day shift, I am a former employee of subway so I know the process that goes into opening the store. Jennifer was alone this day for the morning and until someone else came in for the evening shift, she had everything prepared and was still working on things before and after making my order, and I must say all of the veggies were good and fresh and the bread was soft and perfectly baked.

I have seen other reviews that are bad but if you go during lunch time it seems you will get good food and good service, I commend Jennifer for giving us a good time and being a friendly individual to interact with.“
