“Good place to eat and enjoy time with family.“

“Absolutely loved our dinner at Jhoomar!

We tried the chicken samosas, butter chicken, garlic naan, and mango lassi — everything was delicious! The flavors were authentic and perfectly balanced. The restaurant itself is beautiful — the decor is stunning, and I especially loved the dining chairs and how well everything was set up, from the silverware placement to the lighting.

Service was excellent — attentive without being intrusive — and the music created a perfect dining atmosphere. You can tell they take real pride in quality.

The only small note is that the outside sign could be clearer; it was a bit confusing to find since the name isn’t visible, but that might just be due to a recent name change.

Overall, highly recommend! We’ll definitely be coming back soon.“

“This place has some of the best food in town that I’ve found so far! Don’t let the looks of this place fool you or you will miss out. The bartenders greet you as soon as you sit down, very fast service, the cook came out to greet me, the people were extremely friendly and nice to me. Not only was the burger absolutely delicious but it was huge!!! They are not stingy with their food portions! Their prices are very reasonable. I love this place. 10/10 highly recommended!“

“What a great place to go hang out and shoot some pool. The waitress couldn't speak so she listened great, and was very easy on the eyes, always making sure we had a cold drink in our hand. The oysters were a little smaller than what I like but they were good.“

“We were looking for somewhere to sing karaoke one night and found this little diamond in the rough. It sits on an old putt putt course, which in itself is fabulous, with every kind of seating you could want! I chose the swing, my friend opted for the Adirondack. I also noticed a stage in the distance which (hopefully) means they have bands! Inside, we found enthusiastic greetings from regulars sitting with their beer and conversations and a bartender ready to serve us. The first thing I noticed was the bar stools with cushions made from vintage concert t-shirts. (STOP IT) Brightly colored painted walls and such with witty retro sayings written on them. Being a product of the sixties, It felt like home. Although I live in Auburn, there is no doubt that I will be back to visit this place... Sissy's Place!“

“This is a Gem for downtown Columbus! We stopped in to pre-game here and stayed until closing! The staff was super helpful, I’m not a beer drinker but the beer wall is super cool. The mixed drinks were Delish and all the juice was fresh so you didn’t have that sluggish too much sugar feeling after. The bartender was super helpful as well and took pride in her craft!
Food is 10/10 as well

“We came in Saturday night and had a wonderful waiter. I'm terrible with names so I wish I could name them here. They were extremely attentive,helpful and friendly.The strawberry bourbon smash was AMAZING!!!!The spinach dip was delicious.Our steaks were delicious 😋 Definitely a go to place for a great cocktail 🍸 and appetizers!!!!“

“We went to Columbus to visit a friend whose son had graduated phase one of Army boot camp. The hotel was beautiful, and clean. It is in a nicer area of Columbus and there are many restaurants and bars within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in this area.“

“A hidden gem right on Broadway in Uptown Columbus. Literally. You Have to look closely or you will miss it. An exclusive aspect. As soon as you walk in the 1st door, you see a cigar room to the right and you are greeted/carded. Once granted access, you enter through the second door that goes into the main area. Tons of seating in booths or at a lengthy bar that showcases an extensive array of liquors, especially whiskeys and bourbons. As a 1st timer, I ordered a smoked old-fashioned. The bartender was great. Pleasant, personable, knowledgeable, and social. Also, the drink was great. I am looking forward to my next visit.“

“The down by the river view was phenomenal! Very beautifully breathtaking! However, the service could have been a lot better had they had attentive waiters and bartenders coming around to tables/sections. It's a nice place for a bit of chatter and a cocktail. The food on their menu could've been alot more fulfilling ration for what you're paying. Overall I really enjoyed my date night there!“
