“I am never disappointed when I dine at Nouveau in Jonesboro. I've eaten here numerous times over the past year for brunch, dinner and even closed the place one night! Each time I am pleased and impressed by the food, the service and the atmosphere. The owner must really respect her staff because this past Easter, the only menu available was brunch. Not only does this increase food delivery time, it relieves some of the stress the staff takes on with offering a limited(yet delicious) menu. Because some patrons can be......a little extra. “Kema was our waitress and she was absolutely amazing and so polite ! The food was so delicious and hot! The wings where so huge and delicious! I also had the carrot cake it was good and the Purple Haze was strong but it wasnt purple which was disappointing it was good thou! “Best Jamaican food I've come across in San Antonio. The restaurant has a lot of tables and a large bar which you can also sit at. The first question I asked our wait-staff was how their Jamaican food compared to Jamaica. I've been to Jamaica before and love the locally cooked Jamaican food. I really love the jerk meats. The person answered that the owner is from Jamaica. I noticed right away after eating some of their jerk quarter chicken and their mango Bonnet that the flavor was outstanding.“

“I went with my husband and daughter. They were very busy so we got seated a little later than our reservation. The host was very apologetic and checked in with us several times while we waited. We all ordered seafood and all of it was great! (Both grilled and fried and both were very tasty and well prepared). Well worth the short wait! We went for brunch and I had the chicken & waffle stack with a side of scrambled eggs and a mimosa. My friend tried the French toast with a few sides and loooved it. The portion sizes were perfect. Everything cooked and seasoned well. I highly recommend you try it out and stop by this location. I've visited the other location and my experience there was just as good.
