After choosing our food from the menu we were handed, i was told they didn't have the items needed to make my Philly cheese steak sandwich. So i just had loaded fries. My friend ordered a chicken club sandwich, it came out with no tomato. When he asked where the tomato was, they said they didn't have any. This was on a Friday at lunch. When a restaurant runs out of items needed to prepare food for customers, why not just close up and take the day off.

Honestly I was super disappointed, not only did I not get what I wanted, which was a pizza but the staff, oh the staff, don't even get me started on them, the "man/woman" who answered the phone when I called was super disrespectful from the start cutting me off when I told "her/him" my order and when I asked again "she/he" suddenly exploded with rage cussing me and my family out and if we want to keep messing around we can go there and get beat up by "her/him". I am profoundly disgusted with this place and that "girl/boy" she sounded like a girl on the phone but sounded like a husky lumberjack when mad so I couldn't tell their gender. 0/10

The pizza was delicious! Prepared and cooked perfect. This was the first time we dined in at Hometown Pizza but it won't be the last. The service was friendly and the food was great. The attention to the cook time of the pizza to assure a perfectly done crust was impressive. We enjoyed our visit and would highly recommend.
