I have to start off by mentioning the service. They greeted us warmly and they had such good service. They refilled drinks often and offered suggestions without even asking. They were so sweet to our daughter, they offered her some rice and beans without us even asking. They gave her candy, the owners sat and talked to us. They kept checking on us and our daughter often. Ordered take out Saturday night. We typically drive all the way to Carrollton to get Mexican but I'm glad we decided to try this place out. My husband and I both ordered Texas Dip and a side of rice. The portion of rice they gave was more than we've ever received anywhere else for take out and it was by far the best in flavor and texture. I visited with my 1 year old and husband, on a whim, on our way to Tennessee. There were high chairs available, plenty of seating, and friendly people. It's a total hole in the wall, but the food is good. They brought out warm chips and mild salsa. I would eat here again.Good, affordable, perfect lunch spot for a quick bite.
