This place has been in business 70 yrs for many reasons. Of course because it's the best soul food on the planet hands down. Handed down from Mama Rutledge to her Son. You feel the love when you walk into the door. You don't wanna leave just for that reason alone. But the love is obviously also the main ingredient in this amazing food. We dined in, food was delicious and prepared to order, staff were exceptionally sweet and courteous. If you want a delicious hot meal with friendly staff and a home atmosphere this is definitely a place you need to visit soon. You guys will definitely enjoy it. Give it a try.

Best food in Franklin hands down! The staff are all wonderful and treat you like family! The prices are very reasonable, the portions are MORE than adequate, and the atmosphere cant be beat! Friday and Saturday are cook to order and Sunday is done in Southern Sunday Dinner style. If you're in town stop by for an AMAZING meal! Everything on the menu is excellent!
