Manager on duty on 2/14/24 at 5:30pm needs to learn some customer service and also how to deal with quality control. He was extremely rude and hung up on me when I told him that items were missing from my order. Reported to corporate. We will not be back at this location. Food sucked too. Used to be good so I’m not sure what happened.

I have always had terrible service going here and so have a few of my coworkers. They are very rude and don’t care if they take all day to get your order halfway right. I would never recommend this Arby’s, just take the drive to the next nearest one. Rude staff and cold food is not worth waiting in a drive thru line for over 15 minutes!
