Not traditional but definitely neighborly feel to it. Good, wholesome food, honest service and wonderful deserts.

We came to this location for the first time. I had no idea that it was so popular. At first we were told it would be an hour and a half wait. We were okay with that thinking that once we get seated our pizza would come quickly. It did not! The place was packed but there were many other parties that arrived after us that got their food way before us. We were seated next to the tv that was blasting music. At one point, we asked someone to find our server for us, and the lady could not even hear what we were asking.
We ordered one appetizer and one pizza for our party of 4. The appetizer came out about 20 minutes after ordering it, and the pizza took about an hour to come out. We asked to see a manger, and the lady was not very happy with that. We had waited an hour to be seated and then another hour for the pizza. We just wanted to know how much longer our pizza would take and they could not really give us an accurate time. We were pretty much ready to leave. We ate our appetizer and that was good enough in my opinion. The manger brought out our pizza once asked to see her and she stated that because we ordered an appetizer that was why our pizza took so long. She said to let her know that we want them at the same time next time. Well, unfortunately, for us that will be the last time we visit. The food was okay but not worth the wait. Napolis is better in my opinion.

Rude service and my order was wrong. This used to be the best pizza place in Gainesville.

To begin with, I thoroughly enjoyed the pizza. However, when it came to the lasagna, I encountered a unique taste that I was not particularly fond of. After taking two bites of the lasagna, I politely requested that the server remove the food from my bill. Unfortunately, after my two bites, the server displayed a lack of understanding and refused to take the lasagna off my bill, stating that I had consumed the majority of the food. This was particularly frustrating considering that I had only taken two bites. I decided to donate the lasagna to a homeless resident of Gainesville. Needless to say, I will be sharing this experience with my colleagues and family. It is unfortunate that this incident occurred because I had previously enjoyed the pizza and had been visiting the establishment for years, sharing positive experiences and the delicious wings and pizza. I sincerely hope that the server and the cook who made this decision will take the time to reflect on the inconvenience they caused me.

This is the second time in the past 2 weeks where I have called to place a take out order & was put on a hold for 20+ minutes where no one ever came back to take my order . Extremely frustrating when trying to support a local business & the bae service is repetitive

Absolutely the best thin crust pizza in the world (and that includes New York City’s finest)! Not to mention they have the most amazing waitresses!

Some of the best pizza we’ve ever had! Highly recommend this place. Salad was big enough for 4+ to share. Thank you Red for your warm hospitality and personalized service! She even took great care of our service dog❤️

very poor customer service. was seated pretty quickly for a party of 10 however our waiter (red) was disappointing. as someone who has frequented this restaurant since childhood and returning every year after moving away, it’s saddening that the restaurant quality has dropped so much.

our waiter only came to our table twice (once to get drinks and once to get our food order). after that there was little to no sighting of them and even when we did manage to catch them to ask for some wings we had been waiting for at least 30 minutes, they didn’t even make an effort to make a full stop at our table so we quite literally had to yell across our table as they walked away to ask. they never came to check up on us, refill drinks, or to give our check.

the food was disappointing. we had ordered some salads that were good so there’s no complaints there however our pizzas were the main issue. two extra large pepperoni pizzas, with almost paper thin bottoms and an insane ratio of cheese to dough. picking up my first slice was a sad sight as the cheese literally slipped off the dough be it from the shear weight of all the cheese or all the grease. perhaps a combination of the two. the cheese was also not melted all the way and I could pull apart every piece of shredded cheese on my slices.

my last visit was exactly a year ago and the pizza quality was far better which makes it more sad to see the quality of not only the food but the service fall so much in such little time.
