The customer service is terrible. The pizza is comparable to Papa John's but maybe not even as good. Don't waste your time with this place. There are several other pizza spots close by that are much much better, and the servers won't act like you are an inconvenience.

We did a take out order then it started raining and we asked to sit inside because they had plenty of empty tables. Hostess said yes but then manager came out and said no since we did a take out order. We said we would order drinks and were still refused. Terrible customer service!!!

The waiter was eating going outside not washing his hands no refills on drinks very rude gave me a half a cup of ranch and told me they was out of ranch asked another waiter she brought me 2 full cups he was very rude playing with his nose they going to get your order

Lots of options and fantastic pizza! The crust is absolutely cooked to perfection. Best pizza in Gainesville hands down. The only downside is I'd love for the space to feel a bit less cramped, they'd do well to expand to a new location, perhaps getting a space as wide as the Sweet Magnolias on the square.
