Sunday and no customers but us for lunch ch. Sad cold food kit hen help sitting at the bar. Million dollar property and just sad overpriced food presentation. 5 dollar French fries were heat lamp cold and burger a 22 dollar want to be. So disappointed. Must be a rich people investment...it is deplorable as a top notch food place. So sad. Truth willing them . Hope they read this and fix the total mistake of being open for food.

Showed up with a large group, started ordering food at 9:20. Took the bartender 20 min to take our order. When it came our turn it was 9:40. She informed us the kitchen was pissed. Not wanting them to spit in my food I chose not to eat….

I would recommend closing the kitchen early if you don’t want guests ordering after a certain time. Forgive me for ordering when permitted.

Waiter was amazing, but the hostess and food were 0/10 would NOT recommend! My family came to the gainesville establishment on a Thursday night at 5pm to have dinner. We walked up to the hostess and said we needed a table for 6. She then told us if we wanted to sit inside it would be a 30 to 40 minute wait or we could be seated immediately if we sat outside. Mind you the restaurant was dead. Also my husband works in a cabinet shop all day in the GA heat, so he preferred to sit in the AC while he ate his dinner. We didn't want to cause a fuss so we agreed to just sit outside. As we walked towards the back door we passed table after table, empty. Im not talking about just a couple. I'm saying like 7 booths and 6 stand alone tables. We sat down and It just kept eating away at me.... why did we have to sit outside when there were plenty of tables? We ordered our food and the service from our waiter was awesome. We were checked on regularly, drinks refilled and the young man was very kind. The food was just ok. It wasn't worth what we paid. As we sat there, I was paying attention to the customer base coming in and out. They looked to be 6 figures a year, retired, between 50 and up. I couldnt help but think, did we just get discriminated againt for not fitting the profile of their regular customers. Is this why we had to go outside? My husband was in his work clothes and we had 2 children. We were literally the only people outside. Fast forward to the end of our meal. Before leaving I had to ask our waiter about my concerns about why we were seated outside and what we were told. He then responded that it was crazy and there was no reason why we shouldnt have been able to sit inside with no wait. It wasn't because the tables were reserved or any special event. The waiter then told me he would bring this to his managers attention and apologized. Im not the one to cause any fuss ever, but I couldn't help but feel like an outcast in this situation. My family nor myself will be coming back to Boubon Brothers.

Burnt Burnt Burnt ! The manager discounted it 25% off my burnt steak meal. Just terrible. Do NOT eat here when busy. I would rather have McDonald’s ….. it was burn like nasty. Seriously 25% off a meal I bit two bits of manager was Adam. Eat else where.

I must be missing something here. I had the burnt ends chile and it was like soup and I didn't find any burnt ends in the chili just some regular meat as for flavoring it needed something to help it. Next my wife ordered ribs and was asked if she wanted a sauce and she ordered what they called spicy. The ribs were so tough with being over cooked and all they did was pour the sauce on the meat and this didn't help at all. I tried to eat the end rib and was impossible to chew. Paying what we paid we felt this place was so over priced and lacking flavor. Sorry 😐 don't drink but I saw alot of people enjoying drinks so may be I need to before I eat here again. I really don't like leaving such a harsh review but someone needs tell the truth.

First time here on the Tavern side and it was a fantastically pleasant experience the staff was top tier and welcoming. special shout out to staff members “Magen and Grace” they exemplify excellence I’ll definitely be returning!

The BBQ sampler was delicious. Brisket has a coffee rub on it, wow! Also the cole slaw, beans and Smoked Mozzarella Mac was so good. My wife and I had a few drinks and the kids had kid meals bu the portions were large. Server was all smiles and very helpful explaining the menu. We took a quick look at the Bourbon Room rooftop bar but No One Under 21 can get in, so no hanging out this time. Great first experience 👍 We will return.

A smokey gem in Gainesville Ga. I visited BBS while working in Gainesville for dinner. The service was great from the time I walked in until I left. My waitress was very professional and personable. I ordered a ribeye cooke med and it was cooked to perfection. Along with the ribeye was mashed potatoes and broccoli which were delicious as well. I highly recommended stopping by if your are in the area.

We would stop here every time we passed through Gainesville. Always with our pets/family. Never an issue and everyone always loved them. Today we go in and the general manager after mind you we ordered $104 worth of food we’re told to put our pets/family into our car. It’s 85 degrees outside I told him. He said put the air on. I said we would go as soon as we finished our lunch. He said no we couldn’t finish our lunch. We had to go now. It’s not like we just walked in, we had been there. He waited until we had a high bill and then asked us to leave. We will never return! We met people in the parking lot and told them what happened, and they left also without going in. We had people commenting our pets were better behaved than most children. Beware of this place!!!

Had a salad and it had no dressing. Asked for dressing and the waiter forgot to bring it. Not impressed and may not return.

Showed up 1 hour early for a Valentines reservation. We got there early to chill at the bar for a while before our reservation. Went to the front desk at our reservation time only to be told we were not on the list, even after getting and confirming so many emails and texts. Decided we would just stay at the bar. Bar service was good, and drinks were good... but ya can't mess up draft beer. There was a lot to be desired for the food as it was super salty. All in all we had a decent time, but nothing great.

I had an absolutely enjoyable time. I had booked my reservation for 8 people and had 2 additional guests show up. They were more than happy to arrange the tables for us all to fit without any problems or attitude. That means a lot when you are celebrating your son's birthday. All waiters and waitresses were wonderful and had such great attitudes and again that means a lot because that changes the mood of everyone. We had a great time and enjoyed great food. Thank you Bourbon Brothers for getting it right! I will definitely be back. It may not happen this way every time but every time I have been there it's been great for me and my family.

Their food is always amazing but we were very sad to see your Cuban go! The brisket philly was a good substitute. The band was great...... we love the 90's jams and everyone is always really nice.

Go upstairs and see Jason and Caleb - they are AWESOME!! And the bourbon selection is next level!! Food was quite good too.
