The homemade dishes, like the ceviche, queso fundido, and enchiladas verde, are full of flavor and prepared with high-quality ingredients. The chicken enchiladas verdes were hearty and delicious, chips and guac were spot-on, and the empanadas hit the mark. The menu selection is wonderful and everything from the drinks to the entrees were amazing. The service was excellent and super friendly, with staff providing great suggestions and attentive service. The Tres Leches cake is light, sweet, and topped with berries. Consuelo remains a great choice for a delicious and authentic Mexican dining experience with a sleek, modern vibe.
