I'm new to Gainesville and was trying to find my new coffee home. I stopped at Dunkin today and a woman name Ava amazed me with her people skills and knowledge of her work environment. Keep up the good work cause I will keep coming back.
Michael Daniel. RAVE RAVE RAVE!!!!! I had such an amazing experience and service today at the Dunkin Donuts. I specifically chose this Dunkin despite one being right next to my house. Just stopped in for a drink and doughnut. Everything was good. But I did notice a lot of kids working there and they seemed disorganized. If they’re busy, you might have a long wait. I was the only customer in the store and one car in the drive-through.
