Stopped in with my Mom while I’m home for college during fall break. I got the three steak tacos and they were some of the best I’ve ever had! Our waiter was the best and such an attentive, sweet man. Brought me some extra limes to go with my tacos, it’s like he read my mind

We waited for 20 minutes before we got drinks and never got our food, we finally got up and left because the server never came back to the table to explain what happened to our order! And when we asked for drink refills the server brought them back and slammed them on the table. The worst service I’ve ever experienced!! Will never come back to this location!

The food was really tasty but we waited forever for anything. 20 mins for anyone to get order, 30 for a check that never came (he couldn't figure out how to split a check between two people so it had to be at the register, which they had trouble as well). The food wasn't worth the crazy

This place added a tip that I did not give to my total ,I just signed my receipt and didn’t put total or a tip and my total wheat from 11.24 to 15.24 they have forged my receipt with a amount I didn’t put.I’m also contacting the better business bureau because that’s stealing.The service was horrible and now u just gave yourself a tip from my money because u just wanted to no that’s not how that works .This is the same exact thing that happened to me. Food was $23 and some change but my bank statement says $35.57. That’s horrible. The food was not good & to say that the service was poor is an understatement. This use to be the best El Sombrero to eat at, now it’s just trash. Don’t waste your time or money at this place… If I had to rate them 1-5, I’d give them a big fat 0.

I was not impressed. At all. The margaritas weren't good and neither was the food. I hadn't been here in several years, and the quality has gone down. It was clean, and the server was nice, but he was overworked, I think, because we didn't see him very often.Anyway, I won't be returning.
We've been eating here at least once a week for over 3 years, the food is awesome but today for some bizarre reason they were playing screamo rap music! We had to quit eating it was so distracting and anxiety filled! If this is a new normal here we won't be back!

This place was terrible. Personally, my food was not good and too expensive for the quality. My friend ordered a meal and ordered it with shrimp. When our waitress brought her chicken instead of shrimp, she POLITELY asked if she could get shrimp. The waitress fought her and told her that she ordered chicken (which she did not). She took back the plate and then brought her another plate with shrimp. Of course, this plate had a black hair mixed in with the rice. My friend asked again if she could get a new meal and the waitress (Sandy) said “Okay. But you need to wait.”. 30 minutes later, Sandy never checked on us once or brought my friend her food. It was such a strange experience. I feel bad for my friend because she didn’t even get to eat. Terrible experience.
