The store is always clean and organized, and smells amazing. The cookies are perfection, served fast and warm, and are always yummy. A specific meal mentioned is the French Silk pie, which is a favorite flavor. The workers are unbelievably nice, greeting customers with smiling faces. They are sweet, kind, and look like they adore their job, going above and beyond to make the experience lovely. One manager is the kindest person who went above and beyond to help with a DoorDash issue. The kindness and professionalism shown by the staff make customers feel welcomed and appreciated, not just as a customer, but as a person. Overall, it is a 100/10 experience.
