Why am I just now finding out about this place and when they are about to close? Went in for lunch today- I was thinking “uhh - cafeteria? Interesting place 😂🫣” but the food was what blew me away. The vegetarian sandwich- the ATL was the best I ever had! And the fries are better than 5 guys. Yep. It’s true. I really hate to see this place go- the sandwiches are really made with love- you can tell that. I hope they find another location or even open up a food truck or something. Give them all the support you can before they close!

If you are in the area, this is a must go to check it out place. The food and staff are amazing. No kidding you got to eat here. The variety and possibilities are huge. The flavor is bold and fresh cooked to order. Today I ordered one of the daily specials, Habanero Chicken Popper sandwich and a side of fried green tomatoes and it was delicious. Full disclosure, the food I would consider the food to be on the higher end of the food spectrum, and it is but the environment, it is is an old school or college that still operates but not high end if that’s what your into. If so, I still recommend you try this place because the food more than makes up for anything else your heart desires with a meal. Also, it is a bit expensive but I have never left here disappointed.

Don't get thrown off too much about the mid atmosphere score. It was perfectly fine just kinda weird setup is all. Go there and you'll see what I mean.
The great food and great staff that I had more than made up for any of that though.
I had the fried green tomatoes BLT and DANG. So good. My friend had a pimento cheeseburger and really enjoyed it.
I'll definitely be going back to try more of their menu, though it's gonna be real tough to skip that BLT...

We stumbled upon this excellent restaurant while driving through Gainesville recently. It is located in a local college so we weren't sure what to expect, but it smelled good so we decided to give it a try. So glad we did, these were the best burgers we've ever had! They were cooked perfectly inside while remaining juicy and the outside was seared to create a crisp edge. The toppings were so tasty we didn't even need any additional condiments and the buns were toasted on the grill. We opted for the side of sweet potato fries which did not disappoint and took home some of their homemade Brunswick stew which was delicious as well. As this restaurant is set up cafeteria style the seating is in an adjacent room is more like a conference room than restaurant and the bathrooms were located and in a slightly darkish hallway being as it's part of the school. The staff were friendly and accommodating and we look forward to returning in the near future.

Today, a group of us went to this place for lunch. Service was ok. The staff were friendly. However, a roach was found in my drink. The staff was very apologetic but the damage had been done.

Stopped in today for lunch and was not disappointed!! Fried green tomato BLT was delicious. Fresh bread and some of the best home made fries. My dad got a Rueben that was equally impressive!! Everything was hot and fresh. Be sure to stop by ASAP.

A hole in the wall gem. It is hard to find but worth it. Fresh bread made daily, delicious stew and barbecue. Burgers are great too. If you are a foodie this is your place.
