We come in at-least a few times a week and usually have a great experience. Today we went in and waited at the register (no big deal) until Hannah walked up. She then stared at us blankly instead of speaking. So I guess we have to talk first now? She was extremely rude and made it very uncomfortable. We won’t be back ever again.

It baffles me when you are in the customer service business and you have zero awareness about how to actually treat customers. My wife came in with a 15% off coupon to use and she was told that it had expired so she couldn't. Nowhere on the coupon does it have a expiration date. But even so, you would rather turn away a paying customer and generate a 1-star review over a couple of bucks at most? Not to mention your competition just increased dramatically over the past couple of years.
Save yourself the headache of Inman and head over to Meadowlark, Boarding Pass, or Farmhouse Coffee.

The first time I visited Inman Perk was 6 years ago during the first week that I just moved to Georgia. I was really drawn then to the welcoming and cozy aesthetic in a new and unfamiliar state. The interior has changed somewhat, but overall has kept that same inviting atmosphere. I feel like the coffee here matches their aesthetic well. It's not a very sharp or overwhelmingly bold flavor profile. Even their espressos I've had are a little milder with a smooth and warm finish. I personally love their cortado for this. They definitely know how to keep things exciting though with new seasonal drinks and creative combinations that they come up with regularly. I was helped by Luca today, and they really made the whole experience special. After my coffee didn't come out as I hoped for, they made a fresh one for me that went beyond my expectations! People like Luca really make all the difference not just in a business, but in people's lives. Thank you so much for being so amazing, Luca! I truly appreciate the standard of quality Inman Perk upkeeps. I'll definitely be returning!

I've started comming here last month once a week because I really enjoy the flavor of their coffee,my favorite is getting a cold brew with expresso and some cold foam. They were very busy that day and had a big order in front of us. I didn't mind waiting the extra time as the coffee here is very good. However when I got my order it was wrong. They forgot the cold foam on my drink, and I let the person know behind the counter. She kindly fixed it for me which I really appreciated, however when I also got my large drink it look like it was in a medium. I tried bringing this up nicely to the lady behind the counter but she told me that what I got was the large cup even though it was the same size as my medium drink cup with the extra same dimensions aswell. Now I have worked in customer service for 7 years and I get it. You get big orders and you get going and sometimes mistakes happen, i don't make a big deal out of mistakes because I know how it is. I can't say that the lady behind the counter lied to me, but my drink cups are the extra same size and it seems I got up charged for a large on my recipe and they just didn't want to admit they messed up both my drinks. If I paid for a large I should get a large. The coffee was very good though so I deffinately would recommend.

Go to farmhouse instead! I’ve been going to perks for years and this experience wasn’t the first bad one I’ve had this summer. Where do I start? When I first approach the register the girl doesn’t greet me or ask if I’d like to order, just stares at me blankly until I finally just say hello and start ordering. I order my drink and after I pay she says “it’s going to be a while because there are quite a few drinks infront of you” okay cool, maybe that’s something you tell someone before they order? But No worries I already paid. I wait for almost 15 minutes, finally ask for my drink and she tells me it’s been sitting on the counter. Okay? No one ever called my name even though I was sitting right infront of the counter. Cool thanks for wasting my time. I get back to work and the coffee is disgusting. So much cinnamon powder that it’s undrinkable. I go back and the girl asks if I’ve tried to stir it. (lol) Ultimately I just asked for a refund. But from the very beginning the girl was unfriendly, unwelcoming, and no apology whatsoever. Acted like I was the problem. Honestly just go somewhere else!
