I visited from out of town on business and I loved this place. Everyone that worked there was super friendly. It was a slow night for them. I got gator tail bites and fries. The food is a little on the expensive side. Had a few beers. I played the free music bingo and won a free 6 pack and a pint. I'd recommend this place.

This is a great hangout for friends, couples and /or families. Jekyll Brewing is now a local OG, with original Ga Craft breweries selling to Big brands or folding because of the pandemic. The facility is outstanding, clean and spacious. We did not eat any food but it looks as though they have a real chef (see menu). As for the beer, I had the original recipe double IPA 9.1% that reminded me of the 2010s when double & triple IPAs ruled. But they had many other beer styles and choices, including a flight tasting. Now here is the kicker for us, it’s in Gainesville, quietly near the historic railroads. Somebody did their homework because this is great location. In fact, I would highly recommend over NOFO Brewery down the greenway.

I had a grilled chicken sandwich and a few beers after a MTB ride nearby. It was great and the atmosphere is new feeling and modern. Cool vibes!

Until yesterday I worked for Jekyll brewing in Gainesville georgia. 2 weeks ago I discovered the head chef ( chef Mike )the kitchen manager smoking cigarettes in the restaurant. After making the general manager aware of the situation I was fired within 2 weeks. The restaurant manager Chris says he disagrees with the firing but he was forced to buy the district manager JD. This is the world we live in money over morals or during the right thing will cost you your job...

My husband and I were in town for a Saturday evening wedding and wanted to watch the 12 noon GA Tech Game and grab lunch. A friend had recommended this place as it was new! Well, EVERYTHING about our visit was exceptional!!! Our server, Paige, was sooo welcoming and amazing and ensured we had everything we needed! With all the new TV streaming channels and sports contracts, the Manager Joann, went to great lengths to get the ACCN for us so we could watch our game and then again a little later for the UGA fans at 2pm. Of course none of the games were on the "easy" channels but Joann was ON IT and saved the day for all of us wanting to enjoy a lazy lunch on a beautiful day and watch some college football!! They never gave up on finding the chanel for us which showed the level of commitment they have to customer satisfaction!! Plus, they had PLENTY of TV's to watch the various sports of the day! My husband enjoyed trying their different beers, I enjoyed the Fall (almost cool) breeze coming in from the outside while we sat at the bar! The appetizers were yummy! The BIG pretzel is REALLY BIG!! I enjoyed the fried chicken sandwich with pimento cheese and cole slaw which was DELICIOUS!! I talked about it all wkend!! The place is immaculate, big and open! They have a few fun games at their long bar to entertain yourself if needed like checkers, chess, etc as well as corn hole outside! I can't say enough about Joann and her staff!!! They truly went above and beyond to ensure our visit was wonderful and INDEED it was!! Fun place for all ages!!! Also had several areas to easily park! Winner - Winner!!!

Ordered 3 appetizers and one entree, 2 mixed drinks and one healthy juice drink, $120. Everything had an enormous amount of paprika and the jerk chicken was overcooked. Will not be going back.

Third time at Jekyll Brewing, but first time at the Gainesville location; been to the Woodstock and downtown Alpharetta location before. Every spot creates the same sort of vibe, which I enjoy. This spot definitely has a lot of bar seating and a good amount of booth/table seating as well. I came during the lunch hour, which was a dead time, and there was only one other person at the bar upon my arrival. The bartender was quite slow after initially taking my order, and disappeared by the end. The only saving grace was the waitress who acknowledged me when I entered and helped close me out/served me my second and final beer; she was very friendly and attentive. One positive is the food came out quickly. The beer itself is 4-stars, which largely dictates my reviews, but if I visit again and get the same level of service I’ll mark this place down to 3-stars with the waitress being the one saving grace this time.
Parking: Roughly ten spots in a gravel parking lot out front.
