Terrible customer service from the guy who would not give me his name. I haven’t bought McDonald’s in 10 years and now I remember why. Rude and condescending, totally not helpful regarding a question and order from the app. Would never go there again. Off to CFA whose pleasure it is to serve me! 😉 🤑
These employees are always so rude, I wish I could go eat there again but these employees they have working are the worst! Y’all need to take some advice from chick fil a 👀 I just can not😩
I wrote a review and the store manager called me back and it was very nice. He told me to come in and he would replace my order that was messed up and I did today and he remembered me and everything no question asked. He made sure it was right before giving me the food. Great customer service and he seems like a great store manger. Thank you so much it made my day. I have faith in McDonald's again.
