I know expectations are already low because, well it’s McDonald’s. But they need friendlier employees. Just here on 08/14 and whoever took my order in the drive through needs more training. WAY MORE.

Not only was my one interaction with the General Manager there GARBAGE but I've also noticed that in a year and a half of living here it's NEVER the same person in the windows and I go at the same time every time and I've decided the two are connected🫣 what is she doing to all those people dawg

They started charging for sauce a month ago apparently because their location doesn’t make enough profit. I talked to the manger then an older black lady that worked there had to bud in and she grabbed my recipe out of my hand while me and the manger were talking. Then i “snatched” it out of here hand and she said some smart comment so i yelled and said is there a problem and she screamed yes and the manger was pulling her away. Corporate will be contacted over this LMAO.

It's so was so soggy there was a puddle on the bottom of the bag. I have a dog that will eat anything and she looked offended that I offered her this. I would give negative stars if I could. This is the nail in the coffin for me. I will not be going back to this location ever again. I've continually had poor service at this location and maybe 1 out of 10 times do they get the order right. Only reason I go back is because it's close to where I work and it is convenient. No more. This owner should be ashamed of this location. Do better.

Was taking a nice evening stroll when my body began to dry up like a raisin, I happened to be walking by a McDonald’s, hooray I thought in my head some free water. Or so I thought, when the gentleman asked, “what do you want?” I said just a cup of water. Upon saying this he said, “I will have to charge you for this.” For what water?? I said I’d take the teeniest tiny cup, “I’m still gonna have to charge you cause people stealin our sodas.” Then proceeded to charge me $4 for a cup which is crazy but hey I was thirsty so it was worth it I guess. Anything for water 👍

I will never do the drive thru at this McDonald's again. I ordered 6 sausage egg burritos and 2 hash browns and a large sweet tea this morning. I bit in to one of the burritos and it tasted sour. So I bit another bite of the burritos and they were nasty. I threw them all away including the hash browns at Kohl's which is why I ordered my breakfast at this location. I was waiting on Kohl's to open at 9 am. The tea was the only thing that was good. The lady's at both windows were very kind and very respectful. But I'm sorry I will not be back at this location.
