I always love coming to McDonald's. True not all locations are equal but the two I frequent the most are top notch. Always friendly and courteous.

I went through the drive thru tonight and the two gentlemen at the windows were excellent! We had just driven up from Savannah and I was dreading going to McDonalds and waiting in line for lackluster service. These two young men were kind, courteous, and had a genuine smile on their faces and in their voices. And the food really was fast and hot. This McDonalds is excellent. They really do have it goin on!!

Drive thru staff are rude. I was not aware that I could only do 2 in drive thru and I had 3, so instead of getting two of them and having to go back around just for one more (8 cars behind me), I asked if I could come in to get them instead? Lady said I could, kind of with a rude tone. I understand I was going to have to wait a little longer for my third, but I was not waiting behind 8 other cars. What’s the point in ordering ahead if it wouldn’t be ready when I get there? Went inside, gentleman at the register was nice and tried his best to help, after asking the drive thru employees to help us. Multiple times drive thru employees walked by us (empty handed), and didn’t offer to help us once. One lady proceeded to give us a smug smile and walk by us and then back to the drive thru for no reason. I wasn’t rude, I was very nice and understanding. I could imagine a rude response if I was also rude, trust me I get it. Just wanted to share with others so they would also be aware. Thanks for coming to my ted talk, rant over.

Do NOT go to this location. On my way to work I sat at the speaker of the drive thru for 9 minutes from 9:05 to 9:14 am while three vehicles were processed through on the opposite drive thru speaker. Had I gone to literally any other venue this morning, I would have had breakfast. The service here is by far the worst service in Gainesville.

Macdonalds owners, tell your employees to add lettuce and tomatoes to all hamburgers and ketchup too. In the picture shows that comes with everything. Customers satisfaction its more important than being stingy.

McDonald's always will be a good alternative for me: It's conveniently located. Spacious parking lot. Reasonable menu prices. Very good coffee. Good variety of choices. Well illuminated and clean. Bathrooms in good condition. Building looks like new. Self service screens.

I eat at McDonald's practically everyday. Usually just the value menu because it's an entire meal w/ a drink. And my Go2 is ALWAYS a LG. Mocha Frappuccino. It's quick food. Whether on-the-go or dining solo.

i was missing some food in my bag & tried to call but no one answered, the person in the drive through didn’t even speak to me or nothing, worst service ever.
Brian was amazing! The best employee I’ve met anywhere. I wish there were more people like him in the world. Thank you for making our day!

I placed a pick up order and the associate at the front counter was rude when I tried to let her know I needed my drink that comes with my order- she didn’t acknowledge me standing there. Another associate walked by and ask if I needed assistant, I told her that I need my cup for my drink, she handed me the cup and just walked away as if it was an inconvenience. I thanked her and went on my way. Probably will not be back to this location again- been to this location several times and service is not all the best.

I had the same BTS character while eating Happy Meal yesterday. I went back today and got the same model again. I asked the staff, and he took out all the characters in the box and picked them out. A very close employee impressed me during my busy time.
