Took my grandson there we love the chicken and the rice is grate too grandson loved it and will be back.

I came through the drive through and this is the second time they have not given me my full order.. I am not pleased with that. I would like to get everything That I paid for. It an hour drive for us we cannot just turn around and come back.

Friendly folks at the pickup window. Fresh, hot chicken. Service was a little slow today, but I usually don't have to wait.

Chicken is getting smaller every time we go to Popeyes! Funny the price stays the same.

Always use the drive thru. Sometimes the drive thru is slow and always check your order before you leave. chicken is so good

I l♡VE ME SOME POPEYES. when i dont feel like cooking. Or want a quick snack. Sometimes the visits are chaotic and makes me not even wanna come back ever again. To spend my money that I work hard for.. But lately and for a while now✨️✨️✨️

She always goes above and beyond i'm making sure the accuracy of my order is to the best of her ability..and the little conversations that we have are the best. It's the little things you know plus having fresh food right out the oil is the best..
Is it another manager with her 2 daughters They're awesome too. It's always a pleasure seeing them.

I order the new fish sandwich online. It took 20mins to receive. They said it was because there wasn't any fish. So i had to wait but it was worth it! The fish sandwich was fresh and hot. Also with the right amount of tartar sauce I like 👍🏾

First time here. Early morning staff really nice and welcoming. Very customer focus. Team seem to work together very well. Now I see why they have close to 4.0 star. Surprised it’s not 5 or 4.9. Best Popeyes we’ve been to in years. Food fresh.

Mr.Shane , the store manager at the Gainesville GA store on Jesse Jewell has the best quality of customer service I have seen in a LONG TIME at this location, to the point that I went back the next day. He was courteous, kind, and always had a smile. I asked for ketchup and hot sauce and he didn't have an attitude or hesitate or 'huff And puff ' as others have done in the past. Employees and other managers can learn a lot from him just by how he treats his customers. Thanks Shane for your customer service! Share what you know and do and I will be back for more Popeyes Chicken!

The only reason that i am leaving a complaint is that everything i go to order food from this location they always end up getting my order wrong. On top of not getting what i desired to have, the food that i end with is cold.
