The Inked Pig catered our company event. The food was absolutely delicious! In the banana pudding, there are no words for. I had to go back and get seconds.

The lunch itself was great, not too many people in this area make pork this way. The desserts, including the cheesecake were excellent! I know some people don't know what good banana pudding even is anymore, theirs is excellent. The topping was a pleasant surprise, great way to get those flavors into a dessert without turning the pudding into a mud puddle. Overall great experience and would recommend it to anyone...

This place is great - Chef Jimmy knows his BBQ. From lunch to dinner to Sunday brunch, we have never had a bad meal. The brisket, pulled pork, chicken, sides - it's all AMAZING. I wish I had pics to share, but once the food is in front of me... I just eat!If you are looking for delicious BBQ in Gainesville, The Inked Pig is a must go!

We went for brunch on Sunday at 1 as a family 6 and we had the best experience. We walked in immediately ordered and got our food in a timely manner. We tried the chicken and waffles, biscuits and gravy, and the brisket ragout. Everyone enjoyed every bite ! We are looking forward to come back lunch next time!

Worse brunch we have ever had. I felt like I threw my money in the trash. Biscuits cold, hello!!! We live in the south nobody serves cold biscuits! Place is tight, no kid’s friendly at all, bar tables and bar tools. When we got the grits with brisket on top they look like the food that you see in the movies they serve in prison. A group of loud ladies screaming, not talking, next to us. They don’t serve bbq on Sundays just that horrible overpriced brunch ?

Food OK not great, pricy for what you get and slow service for us being the only ones there and they just opened. Party of 2, dine in, we each got a brisket sandwich with one side and tea, $40. Place was cold and uncomfortable which made our food get cold before we could finish it. Place has great potential for sure with some improvements but most likely we will not eat here again.
