Ordered on App. The sandwich was wrong and couldn’t get the $2 coupons to load. At check out I showed the bar code and cashier had to ask manager about . Well this manager according to cashier didn’t know and had to call the GM.
This manager did not come of his/her office to make it right! There is no managerial presence in the SherwoodPark store. At 1230PM if I was their manager, I’d be out on the floor greeting guests and ensuring Wendy’s diners are satisfied.

9:25pm Friday night. Employees were loud playing in the back took forever for someone to come to register and when he did he said he was just clocking out (even though he stayed another 30 minutes playing with co workers in the back) we got our food except for one 4 piece nugget which we were told they had to cook and they would bring them out.
