Multiple times I have ordered from this location when I'm at work only to have my order cancelled because they do not have a driver to deliver. Normally it's no big deal, however today after it was cancelled for lack of driver availability, I attempted to use door dash. Jimmy John's then called back and said the owner doesn't allow door dash because they have their own drivers. Came to get a sandwich because I was craving JJ.. worker inside locked the door before I could open it then wouldn’t let me in. Wasn’t even on break because she immediately started cleaning up behind the counter. Never coming back.

I've placed a delivery order twice in the last 3 days bc I'm at work and unable to leave, only to be called and told they don't have delivery drivers and can't deliver the food. But, we can't order with door dash, grubhub, etc bc Jimmy John's has their own drivers, and yet they don't.
