Bro ain't no way that almost every time they mess up my order. They either don't give me what i ordered or they just completely don't give you the exact amount you ask for.
Example: i ordered a 6 finger plate with extra fries, they gave me 4 fingers and barely any fries. Not even McDonald's can mess up that badly.

I was not happy with service that I received at this location.
I placed an online order that was set to be picked up at 5:45, I arrived at 5:35 and the cashier let me know that my food was ready but I would have to wait for my sweet tea because there was none made, I waited until 5:50 for my tea and then took my order to my vehicle.
I noticed that I did not receive my 20pc tender box so I went back in and showed my receipt.
They made my box which took another 25 minutes and when I got home I noticed that they had not tossed the tenders in sauce and all of the other food I had ordered was very cold by this point.
The food they had just made was good, just not exactly what I ordered.
Check your food before you get home it's too expensive to be missing items.

The workers are awesome and most of the time the food is good but today it was not I got three tiny chicken tenders and four little bitty chicken wings and fried pickles that were burnt and un eatable

Not happy with our experience tonight. Did drive thru after baseball game. Waited over 30 minutes after being asked to pull to the side with 3 other cars. Then when we got home and opened the 2 big zax snacks my daughter had 9 fries in her box. My box did not have many more. And no sauces in the bag. Kids ate cheese bites on the way home and said they were soggy and not warm.

First they give my order to someone else after I’ve been waiting for more than 30 minutes AND THEN they still managed to give me the wrong order . After giving them the benefit of the doubt the first time they messed up , i will for sure not be going there any longer after 2 messed up orders

This is the best Zaxby’s in North Georgia! They have a good health score. The food was very good. It was cooked per order like it was supposed to be and hot. The shift manager and staff were very friendly. I highly recommend this location to family and friends or anyone who is looking for a great meal.

I don't understand why restaurants want you to pull forward in the drive-thru or pull into a parking spot after you order food and pay for it. The excuse when I ask him about it is always "because we have a timer". Why track metrics like that if you're just going to cheat at the game in the first place. Parking me after I order a kiddy finger is ridiculous.

I DoorDashed from here tonight and I’ll never order from here again. I ordered the boneless wings and things, first off food was cold when it got here, the extra sauces I ordered didn’t come with, the chicken tenders and fries weren’t even done. This is seriously the worse meal I’ve had in a while.

For me, Zaxby's is one of my favorite places but today we went to Saxby's in front of Jesse Jeweell's Kroger and it's the third time I've been there and the wings are dry and cold as if they were made yesterday. I won't go back to that place.
