Zen Ramen and Sushi Burrito

Service was great! (food not as much)

To preface, I’ve become a bit picky about Asian food as I’ve begun to travel through Asia more. This spot is a fusion of Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Hawaiian, and maybe even some Mexican influences. If you’re not too concerned with authenticity and just want a fun atmosphere, it could totally work for you.

Personally, I found the ramen to be pretty bland and the chashu pork was dry. The karaage didn’t seem to use the traditional potato starch, so it tasted more like regular popcorn chicken. I also noticed the menu misspelled “sandos” (the Japanese word for sandwiches) as “santos.” Even someone in my group who isn’t familiar with Asian cuisine felt the meal was underwhelming.

I don’t mean to come off too negative, and I really do hope others have a better experience.

We always enjoy coming here ,friendly staff and very helpful and attentive you always feel welcome! We never have to wait long for a table and my kids love it here as well

Tried to leave a good review for the free drink and I said I left one two years ago with this account and she said I could leave multiple which isn’t true and just was not willing to give me the free drink they were offering. Ok all I did is edit the old one I had on here.

Great food

The food is amazing and the drinks were so good. I recommend the sushi burritos specifically the French kiss one super good.

This place was really good!! The service even better. Kagen, did phenomenal!! He was attentive and efficient, respectful, patient and all around one of the best servers I’ve had at any place I’ve eaten at. This was my first time and I would by far recommend and come back! The ambiance was as inviting and pleasant as well. The food portion was large!! Worth the amount charged.

This is by far one of the coolest ramen places I have been to in the area. Would totally recommend it. The tonkotsu is amazing.

Staff was friendly and eager. Enjoyed a bottle of Sake with sushi burrito and wife had poke bowl. Very yummy and will be back soon!

Great service and atmosphere, but food leaves something to be desired. I ordered Ramen, but there was no broth, and it more closely resembled stir fry with a strong beef flavor. My friend ordered sushi that fell apart when she tried to eat it.

Arrived at 8:20 my daughter and I was having a girls day. She’s 9 and loves sushi. Our server was a tall guy w tats and glasses. We was rushed to order because the “kitchen was closing in 15 mins.” (at 8:40) I serve at a restaurant so I’m always sure to look at closing time before I go anywhere. We ordered a Ramen bowl, a K dawg and another appetizer. We mainly came for a sushi roll. All of our food came out quickly but the server forgot to ring in our sushi roll, when I asked about it he apologized and he told us the kitchen was already closed. That was around 9:05…while we were eating customers came in and they was told by our server that they were already closed. I asked the guy what time they closed and he told me 9 when I said Google told me 9:30. He said he’s been trying to talk to the owner about that… whatever that means. I’d hate to make any customer feel rushed or bothered when they’re spending money.
