Zen Ramen and Sushi Burrito

Went to this place after going to Gainesville Botanical Garden. Parking in the area can be difficult. The food is really good. They do not have sweet tea. We had Fried Pork Gyoza as our appetizer and california rolls. Main meal was Tonkotsu Zen fresh noodle, (me)chasu pork and (wife) Shoyu Atomic Bomb Chicken (as a soup). Mine was great and the wife said hers was ok. Give a try even if out of the way.

The Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen tasted like a soup that wanted to be ramen. Not terrible, but also not impressive. Pork was dry and pretty flavorless too. Cheap prices, but that kinda matched the quality of the dish.

I had the Pork Tonkotsu Ramen, Extra noodles ,kimchi, Gyoza Spring roll & sake. Everything about my ramen was not authentic my egg was hard boil the pork was very chewy & dry, broth was not creamy no favor, noodles and sides were ok

Ok so we were driving from Atlanta to Helen and my daughter asked for Ramen so I found this place. Lots of options. I spent a year in Korea and there was stuff id never seen before. We got a couple appetizers, a few bowls of Ramen and it was very good. Like it just hit the spot. The only thing that kinda sucked was they were out of the Korean corn dogs. I wont hold it against them because when you run out of something it happens but would love to have tried them.

Sushi Burrito actually fill you up and have well worth the money in protien. Will go back when we are in the area again just park in the square or a parking garage.. only thing didnt plan for.

Such a good place to enjoy lunch. Try the Firecracker sushi burrito.

Used to be a much better place. Now the host will stare at you blankly if you try and interact with her and then get extremely bothered that she has to do her job. Don’t get why you’d be so bothered by a job you applied for….other than that the food is good

After initially giving them 5 stars, I’m changing my review after a couple follow up visits. Not so impressed. Slow, inattentive service with incorrect orders. Warm, lower-quality sushi. Not great. I might try again someday due to location alone, which is great and convenient, but it’s no longer a go to for me.

The food is very good. Maybe this was just an off night, but service was somehow lacking for us. Our waitress was nice enough and efficient but did not come to check on our table at all and only showed up to bring us things. We will still be back and previous times have been amazing, hence the 4 stars, but last night was more of a 3-star experience.

Wow wow wow!!! I've never had a better Ramen place than this! The Tonkotsu Chicken is soooooo delicious! Finished every bite down to the mushroom and noodle. They gave a great portion of the chicken and it's so crispy! One whole bowl definitely will fill most people up. And the price is very inexpensive compared to the value of other places. Oh! And the Fried Pork Gyoza is very good too!! Please give this place a try, it is seriously great! And the waiter also was so respectful and kind. 10/10 recommend this place for anyone in a mood for Ramen or want something new to try. 100% definitely will come back for more 😊
