I stopped by for an early lunch . I went to the drive through and asked for a number 6(example because I can't remember what number the meal was) To my shock the woman at the register asked me "what is a number 6". My reply was excuse me? ...NEVERMIND!!!!!

This is the worst Krystal that I have ever been to. When you go in and try to order lunch and they tell you they’re on break right now is unreal. Service is terrible and food is hit or miss. Mostly miss. Who ever the owner is needs to come to gray and order undercover to see how they treat customers. Can’t believe that this Krystal is making much profit. If they are Krystals profit on burgers and fries is very high. They could be making much more money and offer more back the community. Owner needs to go and talk with owner off Dairy Queen in gray to see how to run a fast food business. Our family loves Krystal’s but we want ever go back to this one even thou it’s closet one to our residents.

This is probably the worst Krystal in the United States. I have ordered 4 cheese Krystal’s after waiting 10 minutes and after ordering the lady said I am sorry give me 10 minutes. After 45 minutes go by I still have no Krystal’s. So ridiculous
