Placed a large To-Go order and was expecting a wait time. The food was hot and ready when we arrived 10 minutes later. *This was during a rush also* The fastest I have gotten food at any waffle house I believe and it was great! Thank yall

The waffle House in Gray is a great spot for fast cooked delicious food. The staff is courteous with a strong dose of Southern. We've enjoyed dining here multiple times and the food is always hot and tasty. If you enjoy talking sports, don't forget to speak to the host. Not only does he do his job extremely well, he enjoys a good sports conversation. It gets extremely busy here, so be patient, over tip your waitress and be prepared to loosen your belt after enjoying a great meal.

My server was quick and very sweet. Never let our drinks run low.
Eat here alot it's really good 1st shift and 3rd shift are all usually good food, good service, and good atmosphere for a waffle house. It's very clean as well. Great for a quick bite or meeting place for business breakfast lunch or dinner!!

When we walked in there were 2 other tables that had already been served, so it was NOT busy, but server (I think her name was Patty) did not acknowledge us but when another group came in and sat at the table directly beside us she greeted them and took their drink order and still did not acknowledge us. By this time we had been there approximately 5 minutes. Another server (Lynn) then came out and started to take the other tables order, I then spoke up and mentioned that we had come in before them. The cook and that table of guests also informed her that we were there ahead of them. She (Lynn) was very apologetic and excused herself from that table and came over and was very sweet and took care of us immediately. Then food arrived and there was a hair under my scrambled eggs. Both cooks had shoulder length hair. They were wearing hats but might want to consider hair nets as well. (Had it not been under the eggs I might have thought it was mine) again Lynn was very apologetic and immediately took care of it. (No response from either cook.) The other server that had walked by us several times never did speak to us until we were on our way out the door. (Rude on her part) I love WH but this kind of left a bad impression. On a positive note. The gentleman that was already eating when we arrived paid our bill before he left, I'm assuming it was after seeing the way things had gone for us upon entering, however we didn't know this until we were leaving. A huge thank you to him !!
