Manager came to register to take order, stopped to answer a text on her phone, turned and walked away. Sent another employee to take order, who advised “coupons” not working, can’t ring you up. Left the store with no food. Horrible experience, and uncaring staff. No wonder there is never anyone there.
Ordered the mushroom swiss bacon king. I've been craving a mushroom swiss burger all day. My mom was too tired to go with me to red robin, which was my first choice, so i unhappily decided to go to burger king because it's the only drive thru with a mushroom swiss burger. Got dressed and drove there specifically for that. The woman at the drive thru was very nice. Ordered the mushroom swiss with swiss (as opposed to the cheddar one in picture,) and she gave me the total for that...read full review
Horrible customer service! Don't ever go here!! They need a completely new set of staff! Manager included.
