Misto Salami
Served with charcuterie, cured meats, cheeses, preserves. All Della casa.
Calamari Fritti
Served with crispy and savory, flour-dusted, and flash-fried crispy. Dressed with pepperoncini, parsley, and a 'trinity' alioli. Marinara sauce on the side.
Da Corrado Meatballs
Served with recipe della nonna. Replete with many Sardinian secrets, what we can tell you is that there is prime Angus beef, panko, and they are served on polenta.
Gambas al Ajillo
Served with Spanish garlic shrimp. Seared in olive oil, garlic, a dollop of sherry, and guindilla.
Funghi Ripieni
Served with mushrooms stuffed with crema di Formaggio, sundried tomatoes, and fresh basil, laced with a balsamic reduction.
Arancini di Riso

Under new ownership and couldn’t be more excited. Food was fantastic, met the new owner, and can’t wait to see his vision come to life. Our server, Nate, gave us these recommendations and they were a hit: Veal scallopini, calamari, salmon piccata special, lemoncello cake, and tiramisu. Do not skip out on the grilled Caesar, it’s a close second to the tiramisu! Service/Food/Atmosphere is our favorite at the lake.

Da Corrado's is one of the best Italian restaurants I've eaten at. Im originally from NY so I miss that authentic Italian flavor. We'll Da Corrado's has it and I'll definitely be back.

The food was outstanding and portion size was great. Our waitress was very friendly, attentive and did a 5 star job in handling a table of 8. I definitely would recommend Da Corrado Ristorante.
