My bread was literally as hard as my table. Very disappointed. I tried calling to complain and the line is off the hook.
My husband is on the way in hopes, we can get fresh subs that don’t feel like they are 10 days old.

The first time I had a Philly Cheese steak from Jersey Mike’s, it was excellent. The second time was not nearly as good. I went there today and it was the worst. There were new employees there, so maybe that was the problem. It would seem like they would follow the same process for the same sandwich. I don’t think I will ever recommend them. I don’t believe I will go back. I may try another location, just to see.
