Trying to enjoy my under cooked over priced meal 80 dollar meal .. there was a disturbance argument by our table and my autistic son had to move away from the seat he was in... the manager came out to apologize by i feel that was way to much to accept an apology for...zero stars for everything that didn't go right...

My family and myself went to this location last night around 5pm. We were seated, but no waitress ever came to our table. No drink order no nothing. After about 20 minutes of waiting my mom went to the bar, as it was the only person that looked like they were working, to ask for a waitress and a manager. After about another 5+ minutes of waiting no one still came to our table, but a waitress did go to help a few other tables in another location. We happily all got up and left after waiting for no service and no manager or waitress after requesting help. There were several people walking in and out of the back that did not look like workers as they were not dressed in appropriate work attire or have name tags. Also several people that seemed to be workers were outside smoking and talking during and after this all took place. Haven't been here since I was younger and definitely will not return.

My server was very polite and attentive to our wants and needs. Very friendly. I ordered the salmon meal, my son ordered the chicken and pasta. The drink she made was also really good.

There are four handicap parking spaces and around 40 free parking spaces. The restaurant is in good shape. My problem with Applebee's was because I was discriminated against at this restaurant. The server wrote Ebony on my togo order. I told her two times my name. I ordered at the bar a togo order. There is no excuse for being racist. Griffin, GA, has been known for being a racist town for many years now. This just continues the trend. I won't be going back to this restaurant even if the food was given away for free. The food at Applebee's is mediocre at best. The best thing to do there is get a drink at the bar.

I sat there & watched the MANAGER fixed my drink (it was a strawberry lemonade that came with candy inside) put her HANDS on my candy while putting it in the cup??

Waited 15-20 mins to place a TO GO order! Three different employees asked us what we needed and said they would let the “to go waitress” know. She never came. We stood in the way, uncomfortably, of all the busy employees (sorry guys) and ended up leaving without placing an order. Thanks for ruining my kid-free Friday night! Never comin back. ✌🏼 Worst service everrrrr! Ever!
