There are four handicap parking spaces and around 40 free parking spaces. The restaurant is in good shape. My problem with Applebee's was because I was discriminated against at this restaurant. The server wrote Ebony on my togo order. I told her two times my name. I ordered at the bar a togo order. There is no excuse for being racist. Griffin, GA, has been known for being a racist town for many years now. This just continues the trend. I won't be going back to this restaurant even if the food was given away for free. The food at Applebee's is mediocre at best. The best thing to do there is get a drink at the bar.

Our sever Michelle were outstanding and very nice.
I sat there & watched the MANAGER fixed my drink (it was a strawberry lemonade that came with candy inside) put her HANDS on my candy while putting it in the cup??

Waited 15-20 mins to place a TO GO order! Three different employees asked us what we needed and said they would let the “to go waitress” know. She never came. We stood in the way, uncomfortably, of all the busy employees (sorry guys) and ended up leaving without placing an order. Thanks for ruining my kid-free Friday night! Never comin back. ✌🏼 Worst service everrrrr! Ever!

Me and my wife were waiting in line to place our self on the waiting list, we were rudely approached by a older woman who worked there and informed they were now placing a hold on the door and told us we needed to leave and it be a while before they would seat us. We were fully expecting and willing to wait but she ruined thee night and we will not be coming back to this location

Every time we come here they are very short staffed. There is never a host. I think our servers name was Destiny. She was nice but our service was very slow. She spent most of the time with another table laughing. We waited a while for refills and never received ketchup and mustard that we asked for for our burger. We also never received our waters. The food was good but probably won’t return for a while. Disappointed in this location.

This was the first time I came to this restaurant! The black server at the bar saw me come in and she did not ask me if I needed help! Instead she walked off and an older lady asked me if I needed help! Another server came out and assisted, I asked if I could just an impossible burger and she told me no which was fine, The part that got me was looking up and watching them give each other a weird look in front of me! I ended up leaving,Because that made me really uncomfortable! The whole point is Customer service goes a long way! If I was a secret shopper this restaurant would have failed! Highly Disappointing

Food was great! kudo to the cook! Destiney at the bar was great! What I did observed was the bar got crowded and watch one couple walk out due to service. Manager should've scaned the floor to see what was going on, I did not see that happen.
If you are going to order waffle fries be ready to wait extra time and you might want to order more than one order

The server brought everyone there food that came in after use. When, I finally received my food it was cold and I definitely wasn't happy with it. Thank God when it was time to leave the manger made everything right by taking everything I ate and drink off of the bill.
