Don’t understand how the manager let a party the exact size of ours ahead of us because they complained of wait time…if we were acting rude would that have had us sat and not had to wait an hour?

We no more walked in and was told that they had a wait for the bar, but no one was at the bar. The server was very rude. I'm sorry if they had no staff. She could have relayed that, and we would have taken that better.

This Applebee's located in Griffin, Ga has got to be the worst in the History of all Applebee's! We waited 30 minutes for drinks, over an hour for our food! The server acted totally disinterested in anything remotely resembling service! We got in conversation with tables around us and there service was just as bad! We asked where are food was several times and were told each time let us check. Talked to the Manager who offered no explanation and a pitiful and very short apology. We told them after an hour and a half not to worry about bringing out our food, we paid for our drinks and left to go grab a pizza. My wife and I will never go back!
