It was ok. The service wasn't great. The donut holes were very much lacking in the icing. On some of them I had to really try to find any icing at all.

My wife loves the chocolate chip ice cream but usually likes it on a special occasion. As a result we don't get it n often. We have been 4 times in the last year and every time they have been out of chocolate chip. Even if we'd visited once a month to be out 4 times would be unacceptable. However, 4 visits and out every time is NOT a coincidence. If it's that popular shouldn't greater quantities be ordered and flavors like rum raisin or bubble gum (neither of which I can imagine ANYONE eating) or whatever doesn't sell be curtailed? Same goes for mint chocolate chip. 4 trips and out of it EVERY TIME!. We will probably not go back.

Updated 9/26/23- There have been employee changes and I will say it makes a world of difference. Khloe is such a sweet girl and is so polite. They still do not ever have the ice cream I want but atleast you can receive nice service now. Workers are so rude, not even a Thank you or have a nice day. If your that unhappy with your job then get a different one. And this is not just one experience this is many. Management needs to wake up!

I can honestly say that I am not in a position to rate the food BECAUSE I did not order anything from here. The reason being is because - we were not greeted when we came in, half of the ice cream flavors were not in the freezer (basic flavors too like chocolate, vanilla), and we were stared at when we decided to leave without getting anything. There were two workers working behind the counter (one blonde and one brunette), the location was EMPTY, and there was nobody in the drive-thru. I'm big on being greeted when you walk in to a store - no matter what kind of store it is. Online it says their hours are until 9pm. We got there at 6pm and we felt unwanted and it felt like they were cleaning up to close and leave. I haven't had baskin robbins in years and was excited to have it tonight. Will not be back.

A prime example of ownership asleep at the wheel and probably a poorly paid manager that is just there until the "next best thing" comes along. Out of chocolate ice cream. Out of small cups so it's medium or nothing. No waffle cones. I order a cone and get a small portion with no ice cream in the cone. Next time its taking that extra 5 minutes to go to Dairy Queen with ice cream in the cone and NOT paying for a medium shake when my young one can't even finish a small.
