Big Jim's Wing Shack is a cozy cafe that transforms into a bar at night. The service is excellent, and the wings and BBQ are highly praised. The atmosphere is great, with a band setup and karaoke. The restaurant is known for its excellent wings and sauces, making it a popular spot for locals and visitors alike. The wings are always cooked to perfection, and the Mild sauce is perfect—flavorful, with just the right amount of heat. Some of the best wings anyone has had, even compared to the birthplace of the buffalo wing. The celery is shockingly fresh, probably the crispest ever had with wings. One party member raved about how amazing the Insanity sauce was. A Philly Cheese Steak was also served, and one guest said it's the best they've had in a long time. Even for a to-go order, everything is packed with care, including plenty of condiments. The burger and Brunswick stew taste was medicore, but the wings absolutely deliver. The gentleman who bussed the table did an excellent job, though service was slow.
