Extremely nasty place, very poor management. All that goes on is cussing and people playing around. The GM Kayla is very very rude to customers and employees. Also ex employees. Massive rodent problem. I would definitely not recommend spending my money here. Go to either Hampton or the one on 16 at the JP truck stop. You are will be treated much better and a much clearer environment. Spend your money where you know it will be appreciated. Not somewhere the GM could care less if you come there or not and she will tell you that. She will also put people’s drinks she don’t like at the end of the line and Same with food. Very very unprofessional. Everyone have a great saye

If you are trying to order decaf coffee here either or hot or iced for some reason you will never get it. I have watched them several times poor straight from regular when the decaf is right beside it. The coffee is very good and the food the people are very sweet people. I’m not sure what it is. I pick up my Mom coffee here and she has to have decaf due to problems with her heart. I haven’t been able to come anymore with them always giving caffeine and not the decaf. It’s just too dangerous for her. I just hate it for her because she really loves the coffee. We just can’t EVER seem to get decaf. If any one is looking at this in charge that can help we would really love to keep coming. I just wish they could take it seriously when people order decaf it’s usually not just because. It’s mainly due to health reasons. Thank you so much if you can help with this in any way!

Ordered a chocolate eclair & it was NOT eclair fling it was completely disgusting overly sweet what looked like shaving cream filling. Spit it out & threw the other one in trash. Don't sell something that isn't a correct item

They were very nice to me, I ordered a iced hot cocoa and they gave me hot cocoa , I explained to them what I wanted and the manager said it’s called the frozen hot cocoa, but they accommodated for our misunderstanding and remade it to give me a frozen hot cocoa with almond milk. It was very good! And nice of them to remake while they were busy this morning

The whole visit was horrible no sugar in the coffee's when I asked for it, the hash browns were horrible and I paid for an extra sausage egg and cheese crossiant and didn't get it 36 dollars for crap but the guy at drive through was nice

Worst Dunkin I've ever been to. They gave me a coffee with spoiled milk. I had to throw it away and when I called to report it, of course no one will answer the phone. Im calling the health department. They need to be shut down.

The manager Kayla had the nerve to have an attitude because I wanted a refund for my bagel that they burned . The girl gon tell me it’s not burnt when it’s clearly black and overly toasted .

This has been the WORST DD that I’ve ever been to !
May 16 th 2025. The first time gng to the drive thru no joke I sat there for 20 mins !!! The line was backed up so bad it made no sense! When I went to get my food I asked why was it taking 20 mins after I ordered the food to get to the window, her excuse was it was graduation.
I saw the people ahead of me only order small bags no box or boxes of donuts. When I finally get my order it’s completely wrong and they put black pepper on my chicken croissant which I’m allergic ( it’s dents come w black pepper) so I had to toss my sandwich in the garbage. Did not give me a receipt so I could fill out the survey.
Yesterday June 4th
Long line but not as bad as the first time. The older lady at the window should not be working with the public. Had an attitude for no reason until I gave her a reason coz my order was again wrong !
I ordered a strawberry dragonfruit w green tea no ice. I get it packed w ice , told her it was wrong she went and bumped the ice out and came back but I looked at the label and tasted it. It had lemonade !!!
Went back to the window and told her it was wrong again. ( Me being respectful and polite). She gets mad first her manager was there correcting something she did wrong grabs the drink and brings me back my drink but it tasted awful. Again no receipt to make a complain so here it is.
It’s a shame that we pay for a service that it’s not meeting up to. Can’t get an order right, too much time waiting.
Before u say go to the store I have a new baby so that’s why it’s more convenient the drive thru.

Rude, rude, rude..... I don't know who is working today at the window Monday May 6th 11:30 A.M 2025 Red hair no teeth.. But they need to realize they're serving customers, not the other way around. It's like the quality of people that work at dunkin' donuts nowadays is getting ghetto just like Krispy Kreme. To make matters worse my coffee literally tastes like water, this is worse than the one in thomaston, ugh... Wasted my money so these druggies can get paid.

Drive thru sucks, constantly have to repeat many time how we want our coffee. Not to mention the line takes FOREVER to get through. Go inside, coffe takes like crap! Did yall even put coffee in my cup? Takes like straight cream with caramel and sugar. This crew needs more training!
