Why give someone regular coffee when they order a latte? It’s tastes completely different. Waste of money

i went to this location at 11/07 around 5pm and there were 2 girls working there, the one who made my coffee was incredibly nice but this one girl with bright red hair was getting off of work and she was behind me, she started cussing me out telling me to go when there was a bunch of traffic, when i finally was able to go she sped up around me, almost hit my car, threw trash at my car and then flipped me off and continued to drive like an idiot, now idk where the hell she was in such a rush to go to but she literally almost made me wreck, i contacted corporate about this, if you go to this location i suggest not letting a red haired girl make your coffee.

The Griffin store has the rudest lady at drive through. She left off my donut munchkins, I had to go in and get them. Most unpleasant person. I would never want her greeting my customers. Got no recept. So I can't tell you her name.

Went through drive through asked questions regarding my total and cashier was very nasty, she is rude to begin with starting at the menue board and is even worse when you get to the window, what happened to good customer service and this is not the first time.

Extremely nasty place, very poor management. All that goes on is cussing and people playing around. The GM Kayla is very very rude to customers and employees. Also ex employees. Massive rodent problem. I would definitely not recommend spending my money here. Go to either Hampton or the one on 16 at the JP truck stop. You are will be treated much better and a much clearer environment. Spend your money where you know it will be appreciated. Not somewhere the GM could care less if you come there or not and she will tell you that. She will also put people’s drinks she don’t like at the end of the line and Same with food. Very very unprofessional. Everyone have a great saye

If you are trying to order decaf coffee here either or hot or iced for some reason you will never get it. I have watched them several times poor straight from regular when the decaf is right beside it. The coffee is very good and the food the people are very sweet people. I’m not sure what it is. I pick up my Mom coffee here and she has to have decaf due to problems with her heart. I haven’t been able to come anymore with them always giving caffeine and not the decaf. It’s just too dangerous for her. I just hate it for her because she really loves the coffee. We just can’t EVER seem to get decaf. If any one is looking at this in charge that can help we would really love to keep coming. I just wish they could take it seriously when people order decaf it’s usually not just because. It’s mainly due to health reasons. Thank you so much if you can help with this in any way!

Ordered a chocolate eclair & it was NOT eclair fling it was completely disgusting overly sweet what looked like shaving cream filling. Spit it out & threw the other one in trash. Don't sell something that isn't a correct item

They were very nice to me, I ordered a iced hot cocoa and they gave me hot cocoa , I explained to them what I wanted and the manager said it’s called the frozen hot cocoa, but they accommodated for our misunderstanding and remade it to give me a frozen hot cocoa with almond milk. It was very good! And nice of them to remake while they were busy this morning
