Been to many IHOP locations and this one has by far exceeded all expectations of an IHOP. I typically expect slow service, incorrect orders, and somewhat disgruntled waiters - totally the opposite here. The speed of service is incredible even on a Saturday morning. Today I was serviced by Chastity and she was beyond phenomenal. Amazing service and frequent check ins to make sure we were taken care of. Great charm as well. The food came out promptly and correct. Can't complain...

This place doesn’t have a lot going for it. Pretty much mundane in every sense. But it does shine when you need a quiet place to take a couple of people to talk at night. It’s like the old style diners that give you a feel of a calm and relaxed atmosphere. I’m a fan of not being crowded. And it excels in that department. The food was bland, almost tasteless and cool, not even slightly warm. The service was slow and careless. The radio was going in and out so you would hear every third word and the staff said they can't touch it, turn it down or off. Just not a good experience whatsoever.
